Today’s Catch of the Day comes from artist, writer, game show co-host, and electronic musician – Grimes. She has just released a one-off brand new track called “Player of Games“, which has that classic electro-pop Grimes sound that is loved so much. This is an excellent & infectious upbeat tune that will get your blood flowing. However, by listening to the lyrics, it sounds like there is a personal element to it…for example “If I loved him any less / I’d make him stay / But he has to be the best / player of games”. Now I’m not saying it is, but it sounds like it has a lot to do with the musician’s 4-year relationship & break-up with Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Who knows.?
