Guns N’ Roses Sue Gun Store Named ‘Texas Guns and Roses’

Guns N’ Roses are taking legal action!

According to NBC News Los Angeles, Guns N’ Roses have filed a lawsuit against an online gun store named “Texas Guns and Roses.” Despite the name, this florist-owned shop doesn’t actually sell roses or flowers.

GNR’s attorneys filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles federal court, alleging that the store sells firearms, ammunition, and body armor through online orders with intent to confuse buyers with association to Gun N’ Roses. The lawsuit seeks damages and a court order prohibiting the use of the website name. The Florist’s shop operates without GNR’s license or consent.

The Jersey Village Florist’s representation claims there is no recorded confusion and will be fighting back against Gun N’ Roses.
