Local band out of San Marcos has made their home in Austin with a residency at Hole in The Wall.
Located on Guadalupe, every Wednesday of February, Eli Josef and accompanying band are playing with special guests and new sets each week.
The band consists of Eli – Vocals/Guitar, Jonah – Guitar/Vocals, Coy – Drums, James – Bass, and John – Keys/The Wildcard.
Previous weeks Eli was joined by fellow local acts Redbud, Willy Steg, and Punty. This week’s show features Turtle Pond, KindKeith, and Dress Warm. Howdy Gals put together a great lineup to discover some of the young and rising artists in Austin.
This week (2/15) will be the live debut of an unreleased Country EP from Eli Josef. This sound is a slight departure from their 2021 indie-rock album ‘Doomsday Disco’ but sure to keep the Eli charm.
Each week the band has come up with unique merch items including our favorite, this “One Beer Please! Just Kidding! I’ll take two!” shirt.
