On Tuesday, we welcomed Fitz of Fitz and the Tantrums in to the studio to discuss the band’s forthcoming album and the debut of their new single “123456,” which you can listen to below. Fitz talked to us about his writing process and how out of the 80 songs he wrote, only 16 made the cut to be featured on the new album which is due out later this year. And although Fitz and the Tantrums won’t be making a stop in Austin, they will be making a stop right down the road in New Braunfels, TX with Young The Giant this summer!
