This upcoming football season, the west exterior of the Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium will take on a new feel as Bevo Blvd., an action-filled pregame street party. Named after The University of Texas’ iconic mascot, Bevo Blvd. will open five hours prior to kick off on game days.
HBO PUTS JARVIS LANDRY’S HARD KNOCKS SPEECH IN ALL TIME TOP FIVE
An HBO spokesman said Browns’ wide receiver Jarvis Landry’s speech ranks in the top five all-time for Hard Knocks.
Landry’s impassioned speech came after a montage of poor offensive plays in practice. Landry encouraged his teammates to play through the fatigue of camp when everyone was feeling sore and tired, and he also challenged his fellow receivers to be tougher.
