Alanis Morissette has announced a brand new album titled Such Pretty Forks In The Road coming May 1st, 2020. This is the singer-songwriters first album in eight years since 2012’s Havoc And Bright Lights. To celebrate, Morissette shared a track titled “Reasons I Drink,” which will be included on the upcoming album. Listen below. An hour before announcing her album, Morissette took to Twitter to share the news of a special tour coming next year to commemorate the 25th anniversary of her album Jagged Little Pill. She will be joined by fellow rockers Liz Phair and Garbage. 

 

 

Blink-182

Blink-182 has shared a brand new song called “Not Another Christmas Song” to help us get in the holiday spirit. Listen and watch the official music video below. This isn’t the first time the trio has released a holiday song; back in 2001, they released “I Won’t Be Home For Christmas.” That same year they released the album Take Off Your Pants And Shoes which featured a track titled “Happy Holiday, You Bastard!”  

 

 

Tame Impala 

Tame Impala has shared another track from their forthcoming album The Slow Rush. The song is titled “Posthumous Forgiveness” and it is the third offering from the album—which is the first from the Australian psych-rock band since the 2015 release of Currents. The Slow Rush is due out on Valentine’s Day next year and will feature 12 tracks including “It Might Be Time” and “Borderline.”
