Today’s catch comes from the psychedelic electronic foursome…Animal Collective. Yes they are all back…Avey Tare (David Portner), Panda Bear (Noah Lennox), Deakin (Josh Dibb), and Geologist (Brian Weitz). On 2/4/22, they will be releasing Time Skiffs, their first new album in six years. Today’s catch is called “Prester John“, and it’s absolutely brilliant in a weird acid trip way. The single came to be by combining two different songs, one written by Avey Tare and the other by Panda Bear creating instant musical bliss. The upcoming album will have 9 brand new tracks on it, which I’m really looking forward to hearing.
