Last week our new friend Emily challenged Austin’s claim to the Live Music Capital of the World, and this week she’s back with something way more sacrilegious. During her vacation to Nashville, she tried a fast food place called Cook Out and was blown away by their expansive menu. Where else can you get a quesadilla with a side of hush puppies? But then she dared to say that made it better than Whataburger. She’s young, she doesn’t know any better. Nick, however has no such defense. You’ll never guess who he had the gall to put on the same level as Whataburger.

Quien Es Mas Macho
Back in the pre-pandemic times, we used to play a game called Quien Es Mas Macho, where Jason would pit his weekend against a listener’s to see who had the more macho weekend. We mostly had to retire it because we all stopped doing things once Covid became a thing, but also because Jason is getting older and doesn’t do as much. But with Jason going to Austin first’s NASCAR game and hosting our first Austin FC watch party, we decided to bring it back out of retirement. (For this week at least). We didn’t realize how much we missed that awesome intro theme.

Emily Has Seen The New Saw
This weekend Emily decided it time her triumphant return to seeing movies in the theatre, and checked out the newest film in the Saw series, Spiral. She was prepared for the gore, but not for the heated seats at the fancy theatre she went to.

Nick’s new tattoo is healing nicely, but it’s starting to peel, which means it’s itchy AF! Don’t worry he knows not to scratch it, but he’s more worried about using too much lotion and over-lubricating it.
