Doesn’t Make Things Easy For You Guy, don’t be That Guy. Yesterday Jason’s headphones broke. No big deal, they’re still under warranty so he just needs to send them back to the manufacturer and they’ll send him a replacement pair. Last time he had to do this however, he had to pay $20 for shipping himself. This time he tasked Producer Nick with sneaking them into the outgoing mail at the station. Nick eventually found the person with access to the company FedEx account, but they told him it needed to be approved by the bosses. Somehow Jason’s request ended up making it all the way up to our General Manager, who promptly denied it. He even called Lawless, Jason’s direct boss, who then called Jason to break the bad news. Of course since it’s Jason, he’s not ready to accept no as an answer just yet. So get ready to hear daily updates on Jason’s headphones until the bosses decide it’s just easier to pay for them and shut him up. Hooray!
Better Than Best
Jason will be the first to tell you that he is already a world-class boyfriend (just humor him), but that doesn’t mean he’s not always striving to improve his relationship game. For his latest efforts, he’s trying this new thing called talking to her about what’s going on in her life. Crazy, right? The only problem is Jason didn’t realize how exhausting it would be to pay attention to the conversation and come up with follow-up questions to demonstrate his interest. Which is where you all come into play. Help the Dickman out by tweeting him good, maybe generic-ish, questions he can sprinkle in to their conversations. He can only ask her so many times who would be in her all-base-player band or one of his other classic BS conjecture questions.
