Yesterday Emily passed by a dog park and stopped to watch all the cute pups. Naturally she wanted to go inside and play with them, but was worried that the actual dog owners might consider that a faux paw. Are you allowed to go to a dog park when you don’t actually own a dog? And if that’s not allowed, does anyone have a dog they can lend Emily?
