We had new friend Roxy Castillo back in studio today. We were discussing how she’s looking to adopt a cat (even though she’s allergic) and was impressed by the creativity of whoever is in charged of naming the rescue animals at Austin Pets Alive, when Roxy causally the dropped that she used to have pet rats. Turns out when they don’t live in sewers, rats can be downright adorable!

We’ve discussed Nick’s questionable decision to get a tattoo of the Triforce from Legend of Zelda on his hand, and he finally decided that Saturday was the day to do it. Except that wussed out at the last second and now has a hairless hand. At least his skin is silky smooth thanks to his juice cleanse.

Star Chart Fail
Roxy wasn’t the only one to have a fail-filled weekend. She recently discovered that her boyfriend was born a couple of days after she initially thought, which means that the star chart she made for him when they first started dating is totally wrong and COMPLETELY useless.

Solo Camping
Sadly you won’t be able to hear Roxy’s lovely radio voice on the show for the next few days because she’s going camping by herself. While camping is second on Jason’s list of Things To Remember He Hates, he never considered the idea of solitary camping. Like most things, it seems he’s way more interested doing it once you tell him he’ll be able to do it alone.
