When you think of crab cakes, you think of an expensive once in a lifetime dish, right? Wrong! Welcome to Quarantine cooking with CJ.
- Can of tuna
- Box of mac n cheese
- Beef stroganoff
- Steak seasoning powder
- Miracle Whip (sub mayo)
- Secret seasoning 😉
-Take one can of tuna and drain the top part of it but not the oily stuff.
-Make mac n cheese noodles as directed on box.
-Throw tuna and oil in pot with mac and cheese noodles. Do not use the cheese powder. Maybe a little bit of cheese powder.
-You are really going to want the beef stroganoff powder from the hamburger helper for the real taste. Half of it.
-Add steak seasoning and miracle whip (mayo if you don’t have but miracle whip is where its at)
-Add a little bit of ketchup for color.
-Consume as much as you can while cooking, the rest you need to cover in foil and forget about it for a few days.
-Once the tuna gels you can toss it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 400. Enjoy!
