New Music Friday Ft. Dominic Fike, Yungblud, The Flaming Lips, and More

Dominic Fike

Dominic Fike | Chicken Tenders

Dominc Fike dropped a new track called “Chicken Tenders” along with a colorful music video. It seems like an endless journey for Fike, as he’s pacing, running, occasionally almost stumbling down into an unknown path as neon lights shine on him. Seeming as though he’s unaware of where he’s going, only to end up where he started in the first place.

This is the first track Fike releases that will be part of his upcoming album. Check out the bop below.

Yungblud | The Emperor

Yungblud brought back his YouTube series The Yungblud Show earlier this week and premiered a live performance of a new song at the end of the episode called “The Emperor.” He also performed one of his latest releases “Weird!.”

The episode benefited Black Lives Matter and featured Paris Hilton and activist and author Kenidra R. Woods as special guests. Check it out below.

The Flaming Lips | My Religion is You

The Flaming Lips have officially announced a release date for their 21st full-length studio album. American Head comprises of 13 tracks and is due out on September 11th. Back in May, the group gave fans a taste of the album after releasing “Flowers of Neptune 6,” featuring Kacey Musgraves. A second track from American Head is out now called “My Religion is You.” Watch the music video below.

HAIM | Women in Music Pt. III

It’s officially here, HAIM’s third studio album is out now. The power trio had to postpone the release date of Women in Music Pt. III earlier this year due to coronavirus, but the sisters didn’t leave their fans hanging. HAIM released multiple tracks over the past few months from the album, including “Don’t Wanna,” “I Know Alone,” “Gasoline,” and “Now I’m In It.”
