Friday, January 24th

101X homegrown live presents Xetas album release with american sharks, nevil, dregs, lord friday the 13th, and cold lunch on friday jan 24th

101X Homegrown Live Ft. XETAS |7pm |

Barracuda 

Join 101X at Barracuda for a special live performance by Xetas to celebrate the release of their 3rd album ‘The Cypher.’ 101X Homegrown Live will also include additional live performances from American Sharks, Dregs, Nevil, Lord Friday the 13th, and Cold lunch. The tickets are on sale for $10 and the doors open at 7pm.

Texas Stars Witches and Wizards Night | 7 pm |

H-E-B Center at Cedar Park 

Come dressed as your favorite witch or wizard to see the Texas Stars face the Chicago Wolves. For just $17 a person, you can purchase the Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Family Four pack and get four tickets, four hot dogs and four soft drinks. Also, if you’re 21+, you can indulge in any domestic draft beer for only two bucks! If you miss them on Friday, they will also be playing on Saturday, and you may even have a chance to win scratch-off tickets from the Texas Lottery! 

 

Saturday, January 25th

Star Brews Beer Festival

Star Brews Beer Festival | 6:30 pm |

The Venue ATX

This Saturday, The Venue ATX will transform into the Darth Lair of Ciders and the Rebel’s Beer Base during the Star Brews Beer Festival. For only $42, each ticket will give you the option of over 20 different craft beers to try, and an opportunity for photos with Star Wars’ most popular characters, plenty of food, and live music performances from the Storm Rockers and R2-DJ2. 

WHOLY BAGEL RUN | 8 am | 

Austin American-Statesman

Run, walk, skip, or stroll the beautiful 3-5 mile route that travels from South Austin into the historic Bouldin Creek Neighborhood, before returning along the South Lamar Entertainment District. You will finish on the Butler Hike & Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake with a scenic view of downtown, fresh coffee, hot chocolate, and other delicious snacks. Baby joggers and pets on leashes are welcome!

 

Sunday, January 26th

Join us in the tap room for a fundraiser for australia sunday january 26th 12 pm-7 pm

Last Stand Brewing

Join us at the Last Stand Brewery for Australia Day. For every pint sold, $1 will be donated to WIRES Wildlife Rescue. To add to the fundraising, they will be hosting a silent auction with gift baskets with items from The League, Back Spin, Revolution Spirits, Deep Eddy, and more! You may even get the chance to win a signed Last Stand T-shirt and coffee table book from Jesse James!

SoundSpace: Not Bad Muzak | 2 pm |

The Blanton Museum of Art

Head to the Blanton Museum this weekend to experience SoundSpace—a dynamic concert series that brings together musicians and other creatives to connect visual art with sound art. SoundSpace’s latest installment, Not Bad Muzak, uses elevator music as a point of departure and examines the aesthetics and implications of sounds on different variables.
