Grouplove Release New Music Video

Grouplove, known mostly for their breakthrough hit "Tongue Tied", have released a new single accompanied with a music video. The song "Ways to Go" is an upbeat synth-driven tune that practically begs for people to sing (and dance) along. The single comes with plenty of time to build hype for their September 17th release Spreading Rumors, the follow-up to their wildly successful record Never Trust a Happy Song.

The Los Angeles based pop-rockers have managed to find great success in a relatively short amount of time. The band formed in 2009 and had their first studio album released and onto radio airwaves in 2011. Since their debut release, the band has found their way around the late night circuits and on the radar of the mainstream media. With production done by drummer Ryan Rabin, the band does not have to wait or depend on third parties to mold their sound. Spreading Rumors will feature 13 new songs as well as a deluxe edition with 3 more bonus tracks.

The new release helps fortify the band's distinct sound. The video showcases the band's energetic performance and manages to bring a feel-good vibe to some rather serious situations. The video is loaded with odd symbology and just enough quirkiness to make it memorable. Feel free to share your thoughts on Grouplove, their new song and video, as well as their upcoming album in the comments below.
