The Top 45 Releases of Record Store Day 2013

Tomorrow is April 20, the sixth annual Record Store Day. Vinyl continues to make a comeback, and enthusiasts around the country annually celebrate with rare releases, live performances and more. More than 700 independent record storeowners in the U.S. put on local events.
The full list of releases is expansive (read the U.S. list here and the UK list here). So, in honor of the 45 RPM single, the folks over at Pitchfork have cherry-picked the 45 pieces of vinyl they're most excited about scoring tomorrow.

Bat For Lashes: "Laura" b/w "Marilyn" (Vogue Love Songs Sessions) 7"
Two songs by Natasha Khan recorded for Vogue's "Love Songs" series.
Beak>: "0898" b/w "Welcome to the Machine" 10"
A bonus cut from >> on the A-side, a Pink Floyd cover originally released in a MOJO magazine compilation on the back.
Best Coast: "Fear of My Identity" 7"
Two brand new songs from Bethany Cosentino and Bobb Bruno, featuring Cosentino's dad, Ricky, on drums.
The Black Keys/the Stooges: "No Fun" split 7"
The Stooges' classic backed by the Black Keys' cover on tye-died orange vinyl.
Black Milk: Synth or Soul 12"
Collaborative EP of new music with Upendo Taylor. One half features synth music, the other features soul samples.
Note that not all of these will be available in every store. Some are region specific, some are super limited edition. And remember: Hit the shops early!
