The De-Nickification of Nick: Did it!

Yesterday was without a doubt my best workout at Crossfit Central.
It started out with me getting there right as everyone was taking off for the warm up 400m run so I took off after them with my keys and water bottle in hand and then busting my ass through the warm up session.
We started off doing a 10 minute EMOM (every minute on the minute) workout doing 3 power cleans and 1 jerk press. So basically you'ld do 3 power cleans and then jerk the bar over your head on the third one. Got up to 170lbs on those.
Then we did a 12min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) with lunges for 50ft with holding a 45lbs weight over your head, 20 pull ups, and a 200m sprint. I made it through 3 rounds and was in the middle of my pull ups on the 4th at the end of the 12 minutes.
Wish I could make tonight’s workout but I'm going to be at Wahoo's with Jason from 5 to 7 handing out SXSW badges. Looking forward to the outdoor workout this Saturday. It's free to the public so anyone can come workout under the Mopac Bridge by Austin High School. Starts at 8am!
