The Line Up
Booher & The Turkeyz
“Mike Booher is a name no Austin music fan should be completely unaware of. He’s one of the chief songwriters and players in local indie group Zykos, a group that according to several should be much wider known than they are. Their music gets caught between stargazing and a driving, dancing beat, and the addition of Booher’s distinct and extraordinary vocals gives it all a very unique sound. Booher and the Turkeyz is kind of like a super group in that it contains members of Zookeeper and Frank Smith, who also happen to be important groups within Austin’s sometimes oversaturated music scene.”

Oh No Oh My
Oh No Oh My is a four-piece indie rock band from the brains of Greg Barkley, Joel Calvin, Daniel Hoxmeier , and Tim Regan, all of whom reside in Austin, Texas.
The band started in 2005 and self released their first album in summer 2006. Almost 3 years later, with 2 more self released EP’s and dozens of tours spanning the USA and Europe under their belt, the band is currently writing their sophomore follow up album, due early-mid 2010.
Legs Against Arms
"Distinguishing itself with a lush sound characterized by doses of textured fury and passages of enchanting pop, local outfit Legs Against Arms is positioned to rise above the generic brand in our city’s congested musical realm. The compositions range from affecting indie-rock to crunching power-pop, and the band is not afraid to throw in some horns, along with a steady supply of chiming keys, to embellish the pieces." -Austinist
"10 Locals to Watch in 2010" - Austin Chronicle
Legs Against Arms formed in December of 2007 amid the aftermath of a dismal realization that corporate life is an empty joke. Creativity born from self-sabotage. All four members of the group are multi-instrumentalists, making for a fiery live performance that oscillates between the quiet and revealing, and the expansive and schizophrenic. Austin Sound calls their sound "rich, orchestral-tinged...smoothly unraveling anthems on par with Snow Patrol or Stars." In the summer of 2009 they released their first 5 song EP, entitled Come On Lets Disappear. Since it's release they have received airplay from local radio stations like 101X (“The Next Big Thing”), KVRX, KUT and internet radio like WOXY. A single from the album, "The Applicant", placed 5th in the 2009 Austin Chronicle Sound Wars.
