Golfers can register in advance for 4-person scramble teams at $150/person www.TexasHumaneHeroes.org/golf. Registration includes breakfast, golf, lunch, prizes/awards, and much more. A silent auction will also be hosted at the event for more fundraising opportunities. The Dog Leg Classic will get off to a shotgun start at 8:30am on Monday, April 29th, with check-in beginning at 7:30am.

“The Dog Leg Classic is one of Texas Humane Heroes’ largest fundraising events of the year and continues to be a growing success for the organization thanks to our golfers and fabulous sponsors!” said Vicki Jones, member of the organization’s Board of Directors. “This event is always so much fun and scheduled at the perfect time of year to enjoy a relaxing game of golf and support a great cause! We have incredible support from our sponsors, such as Advanced Wealth Management Strategies, Zoot Pet Hospital, P& R Propane and many others! However, there are many opportunities for other businesses to get involved. It’s really a win-win for everyone – great golf, great business exposure, and a great cause!” Additional sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses seeking increased exposure and marketing opportunities.

“Our partnership with Texas Humane Heroes has been an important one for our business,” said Jim Root, President/Co-Owner of Zoot Pet Hospital & Luxury Boarding. “As a sponsor of the Dog Leg Classic, Texas Humane Heroes does a terrific job acknowledging the contributions of event sponsors through professional signage at the event, website features, and on-site gratitude. As a participant in the tournament, you won’t find a finer facility than Cimarron Hills, a beautifully manicured and quiet course that is an absolute delight to play.”
