SXSW Artist of the Day: The Neighbourhood
We've all been seriously into The Neighbourhood's "Sweater Weather" around here. Like, seriously into it.
But other than that song, you know what's awesome? This SXSW, you have the chance to hear it live. The band is set to play Palm Door on Wednesday, March 12. The show is open to all music badge, platinum badge, music festival wristband, and artist wristband holders, over 21.
While you wait for March 12th though, we've got some NBHD stuff for you right now.
First off, the band played the Late Show with David Letterman recently and we have a playlist of all the songs they performed. It's like a mini-show to get you pumped for seeing them live:
Also, everyone loves a good cover, right? Awesome, because The NBHD has one. Check out their creepy-cool mashup of Destiny's Child's "Say My Name" and Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me a River":
We're really excited about SXSW so we'll have a bunch of blog posts and videos coming your way. So keep checking back in with the 101X SXSW page and look us up on Facebook and Twitter. We'll also be broadcasting live from downtown during SXSW with all sorts of interviews and performances that are free to the public!
