Jason Blue Himself.

JASON’S HAIR NIGHTMARE:

OH MY GOD… Jason’s hair looks like a bleach job with a silver fox glaze and a frosty purple color...which is totally trending right now. Jason headed back to Vegas on his week off and also attended a birthday party. The theme of the celebration was “blue hair, don’t care.” Jason claims his blue mohawk looked decent a week ago, when he first put the Splat into it. Now it's just...sad.

NICARAGUAN SECURITY FAILED:

It is Deb’s first day back from Nicaragua. Upon arrivng at the airport and heading to security in the Nicaraguan airport, Deb forgot her best friend, her knife, was in her knapsack as she was about to go through security. Nicaraguan security did not catch the presence of her deadly weapon, but  once she arrived in the U.S., customs officials did catch it and luckily gave her the chance to place it in her luggage. U-S-A! U-S-A!

BROKEN TOE BLUES:

While in Nicaragua, Deb went and broke her pinkie toe.  She assures us that it was not her being reckless or drunk (as might have been the case in previous toe-breaking episodes).  She was just walking along a rocky beach, slipped, and cracked her toe.  Ouch!  Hopefully this one won’t take months and months to heal.  She’s got things to do!

DEB’S DIARY:

American citizens and non-American citizens were separated when going through customs in Houston, so Deb had to deal with slow custom blokeys to get through the customs line. After waiting an hour without moving, she finally got through and made her flight to Austin. Maybe next time, Deb will use her American accent to sneak through the fast-moving American citizen line. Click here and read Deb's Diary every week for yourself.

PET OF THE WEEK:

We're all about supporting animal charities and bringing you the happiness of animals in your own home. So you should check out our friends at Love-A-Bull, who are currently looking for a home for Kit. She's low-key, but she'll perk up to play some softball, Give Kit and the other adopt-a-bulls a look here.

I LOVE YOU CALL:

At 8:50 Deb calls a random business and tries to get the person answering the phone to say, “I love you.” Today she spoke with the cheerful Mary at Lake Country Foot & Ankle about her broken pinkie toe.  Generally you just want to tape it to the next toe over, but if it’s bad enough, Deb might need surgery.  Deb will just try to get the guys to walk her dog in the meantime.  (No way.)  Mary gave Deb some pity love.  She should break stuff more often.

DOES DEB KNOW STUFF:

Every day we “trivialize” Deb by asking her quiz questions, then laughing when she doesn’t know the answers. We had Robin Williams Quotes for her to identify today.  She of course knew her misquoted “run by fruiting” from Mrs. Doubtfire.  The second one was the Popeye theme song.  Yes, she did know that’s from Popeye.  She’s not that tired.

NEWS:

The beloved actor Robin Williams tragically passed away yesterday from asphyxiation at the age of 63. He was said to be depressed and possibly committed suicide.

SPORTS:

Dallas Cowboy Orlando Scandrick is said to have consumed performance enhancing drugs and will be suspended for the first four games of the season.

Florida State University had a hashtag, #AskJameis, trending about their Heisman trophy winner, Jameis Winston, but the response was not the best. A vast majority of questions coming in were not what the university had in mind for the Heisman trophy winner.
