Week two of my new Austerity Brunch is in the books! Or as Jason calls it, my 'dexterity brunch'. Well whatever you want to call it, it is a success! We moved location this week to my friend's house as they have a baby. Their baby had been sick so it was just easier to be at theirs. ANd wow, they made it worth it. They set up a breakfast taco bar and it was outstanding. They cooked the best half corn half flour tortillas I've ever had. They provided many different toppings and ingredients, and they even cooked bacon with made Jason's roommate very happy. And keeping in line with the whole theme of the Dexterity Brunch, I showed up with two bottles of Prosecco which set me back around $20, which, for a Sunday brunch I count as a win! Also, the baby slept almost all the way through and was in a great mood when he woke up. We played outside in the sunshine and then the in-laws showed up with pizza! So to round off the day we ate that and we drank some Jamaican rum. A success indeed!
