Rumors around the music world are proving to be true. Over the weekend, news broke that Radiohead is taking legal action against Lana Del Rey for her Lust For Life song "Get Free" which the band claims is an imitation of "Creep."

NME originally disputed the reports, however, Lana herself came out on Twitter and confirmed that Radiohead is suing her.

"It’s true about the lawsuit. Although I know my song wasn’t inspired by Creep, Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing" Lana wrote on Twitter "I offered up to 40 over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court."
