They're Austin-bound 10/22 (tix on sale 8/13, 10a, www.livenation.com).  "On Melancholy Hill" is the latest UK single from Plastic Beach.   And yes, that IS 2/3 of the surviving Clash on stage in the Later With Jools Holland performance below:
