Am I the Worst Girlfriend Ever?

Dear Diary
 It's birthday time!! Not mine of course as you know I turned 45 last month, no, it's my boyfriend's turn this weekend. Actually, on a small side note, it's birthday season all around. 2 friends in Sept, then me, then my Mum's was last week, now it's my man's, then it's my little brother's the week after my man's. Can you say bleeding money? Anyhoo, I really want to make it special for him a it's our first year together. Oh, that and the fact that I'll actually be on the Bud Light cruise with Cassandra, in the Bahamas, watching a private island concert featuring Dave Matthews on the day of his birthday. So we're celebrating his birthday this weekend instead of next, and to make up for being the worst girlfriend in the world I want it to be the best ever!! I consulted his friends on some pretty fab gifts, special ordered some of them, made dinner reservations at a lovely restaurant and have some other sneaky things planned, but I want to blow this out of the water!!
